How to set up your company, build agents and run compliant calling campaigns. Developers deploying the platform should read the repository README.

Getting started

Create an account, verify your email and set up your company: name, industry, use cases and the languages your customers speak.

Connect providers in Settings → Voice & AI providers. Use the platform's accounts where enabled, or your own Plivo, Sarvam AI and Anthropic keys. Keys are encrypted and never shown again.

Create an agent from a template, test it in the browser with your microphone or by typing, then publish it. Each publish creates a frozen version.

Compliance and verification

Outbound calls to customers stay blocked until your company's compliance details are verified and your caller number is approved.

Regulated financial entities must place service and transactional calls from 1600-series numbers. Every agent opens by saying it's an automated assistant.

Calls only happen inside your company's calling window; campaigns can narrow it but never widen it. Do-not-call, suppressed and opted-out numbers are always skipped.

Campaigns

A campaign calls a group of contacts with a published agent. Before launch you see eligible contacts, exclusions, estimated minutes and cost, and every restriction.

Launching requires typed confirmation. Campaigns pin the agent version at launch, so later edits never change a running campaign. You can pause, resume or cancel at any time.

Set concurrency, a daily call limit, a spending limit and retry rules. The campaign pauses itself when it reaches the spending limit.

Connecting your systems

Add your CRM or loan system under Integrations, define actions such as verify payment or fetch appointment, and allow agents to use them.

Agents are instructed to state amounts, dates and account details only when they come from your contact data or a successful tool call, and never to authorise payments or waive charges. Review transcripts regularly; AI models can still make mistakes.

Billing

Every billable unit — telephony seconds, speech minutes, voice characters and AI tokens — is written once to an append-only usage ledger, so retries never double-bill.

Usage on your own provider keys is billed by those providers directly. Invoices are issued after each month closes.
